For Task 2, candidates have 40 minutes to brainstorm ideas, structure content logically across paragraph, and refine vocabulary and grammar. Examples broaden the scope while transition words maintain flow. Academic language with sophisticated word choice and varied complex sentences are expected at higher bands.
