Organize Logically: Arrange appendix materials in a logical order that flows from the discussion in the body of the paper. Group related items together under descriptive section labels when helpful. Consider including a table of contents or list of appendix items if there are multiple sections.

Raw Data: Sheets of collected quantitative or qualitative data from surveys, interviews, experiments, observations, etc. This allows readers to examine the unaltered source data behind any analyses. Numerical data tables are often organized with descriptive stats and grouped thematically.
Instrumentation: Copies of actual survey instruments, interview questions, test protocols, etc. used to collect the raw data. Helps to validate the research method and understand data collection steps.
Visual Aids: Maps, charts, graphs, images, diagrams or other illustrative materials too detailed for the body. Can reinforce significant trends or relationships from the analyses.
