SPREAD THE LOVE...

Hello potential matches! My name is Jessica, but you can call me Jess. I’m a 29 year old professional based in Seattle, Washington. I was born and raised here in the Emerald City and I absolutely love this part of the country. The natural beauty and laidback atmosphere are a perfect fit for me.

In my free time I enjoy being active outdoors. Some of my favorite hobbies include hiking, kayaking, skiing, and cycling around the many beautiful trails our area has to offer. Staying fit and healthy is important to me. On weekends you can usually find me exploring a new park or trail. I’ve visited most regional spots and have my favorites, but I’m always looking to cross another one off my bucket list. Nature photography is another passion of mine and I’ve amassed hundreds of scenic shots during my explorations.

I also really enjoy live music and the local art scene. I try to take in a show at least once a month, whether it’s a bigger act coming through one of the major venues, or catching a smaller band at a local underground spot. The diversity of artists that come through the Pacific Northwest is amazing. I’m always on the lookout for a new favorite musician or band to become obsessed with. Art galleries also hold a special place in my heart. I appreciate visual art in all its forms and believe supporting local artists is so valuable.

When I’m not outdoors or experiencing live events, you’ll likely find me curled up with a good book. I’m an avid reader with very eclectic tastes. Some of my favorite genres include literary fiction, historical fiction, classics, memoirs, and the occasional thriller or mystery. I have a soft spot for bookstores (both new and used) and never pass one by without browsing the stacks for something that catches my eye. Reading transports me to different worlds and allows me to constantly learn.

Food is another one of my great loves. I take real joy in discovering new restaurants, ethnic cuisines, and perfecting recipes at home. Cooking is a fulfilling creative outlet for me. Some of my specialties include homemade pasta, Thai curries, vegetarian stir fries, and baked goods. A perfect night in would be cooking a delicious meal and sharing a bottle of wine with good company. Speaking of wine, I’m quite the oenophile with a cellared collection and appreciation for varietals from around the world.

Career-wise, I work as a Project Manager for a mid-sized tech company in the city. It’s a fast-paced environment where I get to flex my organization skills on a daily basis. I enjoy the challenges that come with managing multiple simultaneous projects, teams, timelines and budgets. It’s mentally stimulating work that allows me to continuously learn. While the industry can be demanding at times, I’m passionate about the work and find real fulfillment in helping bring products to market.

When not working, you’ll find me pursuing my various hobbies, catching up on podcasts during my commute, or cooking/baking in my kitchen which is my favorite room in the house. I take real pride in my home and keeping it neat and cozy. Interior design is another interest of mine. I have a Mid-Century Modern aesthetic throughout and love browsing antique shops and thrift stores for unique accents.

In terms of relationships, I’m searching for a genuine partner to share life with. Some key things I’m looking for include someone who is kind, adventurous, and passionate about similar interests like the outdoors, food, music and art. Intelligence, wit, and a good sense of humor are also highly valued traits. Physical attributes aren’t as important to me as connecting on a deeper level. I want a true partner to experience life with – someone I can laugh with, learn from, and be comfortable just hanging out at home with too. Loyalty, honesty and good communication are necessities.

While I consider myself ambitious and driven in my career, I also value making time for fun and relaxation. Balance is key. Spontaneity and trying new things together are things I appreciate in a mate. I tend to be an introvert at heart but am very sociable in the right settings. My friends would describe me as quirky, creative, and loyal once you break through my initial shyness. Dark chocolate, yoga, and acoustic jam sessions around a campfire are some of life’s simple pleasures.

Ideally I’m seeking a caring, intellectually curious partner around my age (28-35) who shares my passions for the outdoors, art, music, and cooking adventures. Himself established but not closed-minded or stuck in rigid routines. Appearance-wise, I don’t have strict physical “types” but am attracted to confidence and a good sense of style. Values of trust, respect, independence and teamwork are most important to me in a relationship. Substance and depth in conversation are a must over small talk. I hope to find someone who wants an equal partner to balance each other out.

If you’ve read this far and think we could be a match, feel free to send me a message! I’m always up for meeting interesting people. A few of my favorite conversation topics are art history, travel destinations, pop culture trends, cooking techniques, and big ideas/philosophies about life. I’m also a great listener if you want someone to chat with about your day, passions or goals. Hope to hear from you!
