Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the EduBirdie website located at https://edubirdie.com, and the EduBirdie mobile application (together, the “Service”) operated by Radioplus Experts Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time and you are responsible for periodically reviewing them. Your continued use of the Service after posting of any updates shall indicate your agreement to the changes.
Use of Our Services
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this website. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with involvement of a parent or guardian.
You agree that you are solely responsible for the content, materials or information that you submit, post, transmit or display on or through the use of the services. You understand that we do not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of any content or communications posted via the services or endorse any opinions expressed via the services. You understand that by using the services, you may be exposed to content that might be offensive, harmful, inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate, or in some cases, postings that have been mislabeled or are otherwise deceptive.
Under no circumstances will EduBirdie be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, transmitted or otherwise made available via the services or broadcast elsewhere.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users.
Registration and Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for restricting access to your computer or device, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account – help keep it secure! Be sure to logout when accessing the Service from a public or shared computer so others cannot access your account orplace orders on your behalf. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or of your account, you agree to notify EduBirdie immediately at support@edubirdie.com.
EduBirdie does not share your personal information with third parties. All of the information that EduBirdie collects is used solely for the purpose of improving the services that we provide you through our platform.
Prohibited Conduct
When accessing or using the Service, you agree that you will not:
Post any information or engage in any activity that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libellous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion or any other reason or is otherwise inappropriate or objectionable;
Stalk, harass or harm another individual;
Collect or store personal information about others;
Impersonate anyone or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any information transmitted through the service;
Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the service;
Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international laws;
Submit any information that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other computer programming defects, damaged files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another’s computer or property of another;
Harvest or collect information about EduBirdie users without their consent;
Violate the security of any computer network, crack passwords or security encryption codes; conduct penetrative testing of systems or networks without the prior written approval of the system owner; or disrupt or deny service to other users;
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services for any purpose without our express written consent;
Use or distribute unauthorized software programs, including bots, scrapers or other unauthorized tools that trigger automated searches or causes more search requests than is reasonably expected from a user during a set time period;
Engage in any other activity deemed inappropriate by us.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are owned by EduBirdie and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on our website, except as follows:
Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication or distribution.
If we provide social media features with certain content, you may take such actions as are enabled by such features.
You must not:
Modify copies of any materials from this site.
Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from the accompanying text.
Delete or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from this site.
You must not access or use for any commercial purposes any part of the website or any services or materials available through the website.
User Content
We do not claim ownership over any content you may provide to the Service (together “User Content”), however we do retain the right to use any User Content you make available through the service. When you post or publish User Content via the Service, you authorize and direct us to make such copies thereof as we deem necessary in order to facilitate the posting and storage of the User Content on the Service.
To the extent that User Content may contain any intellectual property, you hereby grant EduBirdie a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
You represent and warrant that: (i) the User Content is yours (you own it) and/or you have the right to grant the license above; (ii) it does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person; and (iii) the User Content could be considered, at EduBirdie’s sole discretion, inappropriate or objectionable, you may have your publishing privileges revoked.
We also retain the right to remove any User Content for any reason, including content that we deem to be in violation of these Terms of Service.
By submitting feedback, suggestions or other communications regarding the Service through our Site or otherwise, you agree that we are free to use any such feedback, suggestions or communications regarding the Service without payment or attribution to you. You hereby grant us a nonexclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, fully-paid, worldwide right and license to make, have made, use, import, offer for sale, sell, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, prepare derivative works of, display, perform and sublicense the feedback, suggestions or communications.
Order and Payment
Use of our services requires payment. We accept payments via PayPal, credit card (Stripe), Alipay and cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum.
Once an order is placed, we assign the order to one of our writers. You can request specific writers or qualifications but cannot determine which exact writer will ultimately be assigned to complete the order. We match orders with writers based on qualifications, availability and other factors.
We consider an order placed once payment authorization occurs. Orders cannot be canceled after payment authorization. We strive to complete orders within the timeframe requested, but unexpected circumstances may delay completion. While rare, refunds may be issued at our discretion for incomplete or severely delayed orders.
We do not provide any refunds for partial or complete orders unless the writer fails to meet basic requirements like deadline, word count or format. If revisions are requested, additional costs may apply. Additional services like editing or formatting are billed separately. Other than basic grammar and spelling edits as part of the primary order, extensive revisions exceed the basic scope of services.
We may independently verify orders to ensure academic integrity. The submitted work should be original, not previously submitted elsewhere. Services are for assistance purposes only – final approval and submission rests solely with the client. We reserve the right to refuse service or stop work if an order violates our terms or user agreement.
